Meet Amal & Carol Bejjani

From 1990 to 2004, Amal & Carol worked among refugees in the Middle East. Since 2004, they have been church-planting among Arabic-speaking refugees on this side of Refugee Highway. Their work involves an Arabic-speaking church plant, Bible Clubs during the school year, ESL classes, VBS and other outreaches in the summer, and a wide ministry of helps. Amal & Carol have two adult children, Amanda and Matthew; and they care for Therese, Amal's mother, who has Alzheimer's and has lived with them since 2017.

Prayer Requests

Prayer and Praise

*Pray for open hearts and homes for the Gospel, as we follow up and visit after Summer Bible Club.
*Arabic-speaking Church Plant. Pray for our Labor Day picnic outreach.
*Ministry of Helps. Much paperwork these days. Pray for eternal fruit for God's Kingdom.
*WhatsApp. Weekly Bible time with Zee and his wife.
*Facebook & YouTube. Weekly lessons -- Following the Bible Story. Every now and then, there's a direct word of encouragement from a listener. Here's a recent one from a brother who works as an interpreter somewhere out there: "Thank you for giving your time and heart generously. Your Sunday messages give me strength and hope." Pray this is a blessing to many who may not have access to Bible teaching in Arabic.
*Continue to pray for breakthroughs among the various communities of our new neighbors.

*Family. We recently celebrated birthdays. Amanda turned 33, and Matthew turned 29. This Fall season, Carol will turn 61, and I will turn 69. Pray we will all walk with God however many days he gives us on his earth.
*Pray for peace.
