*Bible Club. Praise for the 7 boys who were in regular attendance this Fall term. Pray for the transformation of young hearts and minds, and for the impact of the gospel in their households. Special prayer request: pray for the mom of two of our Bible Club boys, who needs a heart transplant; a heart became recently available, and she was urgently transported to the University Hospital in Omaha, but it was found to be incompatible; the wait now continues...
*English Class. Praise for numerical growth. Pray for the Lord to open hearts.
*Praise for a new couple that has joined our church-planting work here. The wife has Kurdish as her mother tongue and will be helping with outreach to Kurdish-speaking people in our city.
*Pray for two homes with difficult marital relationships. Pray as we visit and offer counsel and prayer. Praise for a family we have worked with in the past, who have stuck together and have become part of our extended church family (these are dear ones who, because of work or handicap, are kept from regular attendance).
*Pray that, through all these events and relationships, many will find Christ, and God will bring growth and change in people's lives
