It’s exciting to be a part of helping students grow and mature in their faith through intentional discipleship. We welcome people who have a passion and desire to pour into Middle School students.
Leader
Middle School Leaders seek to build Christ-centered relationships with students. Leaders are caring friends, role models, and teachers who are hands-on in a student's life.
The primary role of a Leader takes place on Wednesday evening Refine Nights. It’s here volunteers participate alongside students in Refine Night activities and by co-leading a small group. In addition to Refine Nights, we also encourage Leaders to get together with students outside of Wednesday or Sunday activities.
Teaching Team
If you are gifted in biblically-centered teaching, we encourage you to use your gifting for Refine Night ministry. This can happen in two capacities: Teaching on stage and/or writing small group discussion questions. Members of the teaching team also contribute to the direction and focus of our lessons for the year.
This team incorporates hands-on involvement, training, and briefing from the Middle School Director.
Parent Team
The ready-to-go Parent Team assists in Middle School ministry as needs arise. Whether it is cleanup after an event, preparing a casserole, or even hopping in on a big trip, you’ll get to hear about it first and help if you can.
